What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, you're automatically moved to the plan you selected — or you can downgrade to Free Forever at any time. No surprise charges, no locked-in contracts. Your data is always yours.
Your customer pays with their bank — and you both skip the card processing fees.
Pay-by-bank is built in on every plan and your customer pays $0 extra — they save up to 70% vs. a card processor. Pass the savings along with the built-in ACH discount, or pocket it. Your call.
On a $10,000 invoice on the Pro plan: card payments run $340.30 (3.4% + 30¢ all-in). ACH runs $30 ($5 Stripe + $25 platform). That’s $310 left in someone’s pocket — yours or theirs.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?+
Every paid plan starts with 14 days of full Pro access — no credit card. Pick a plan when you're ready, or downgrade to Free read-only when the trial ends. Your data stays put either way.
What counts as a seat?+
Any user with login access — owners, office admins, dispatchers, installers, or 1099 subs. Customers and lead-form respondents don't count; they don't have logins.
How do extra locations work?+
Free is single-location only. Paid plans add locations à la carte: Starter at $20/mo each ($200/yr), Growth at $39/mo each ($390/yr), and Pro at $89/mo each ($890/yr). Every extra location gets its own booking link, invoice numbering, and assignable users — Pro adds cross-location reporting and dispatch on top.
Do you replace QuickBooks?+
No. We focus on the operational side — pipeline, scheduling, photos, estimates, invoices. We give you a bookkeeper-ready CSV export of invoices and payments on every plan; your accountant can import it into the books their preferred tool keeps.
How do email overages work?+
Each plan includes a monthly email pool (1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500). Past your cap, Starter is billed $5 per 1,000 emails and Growth / Pro are billed $5 per 2,000 emails — invoiced at the end of the month, no surprise charges. Free tier emails just stop sending until the next month rolls over.
What happens if your prices change?+
We give at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase. Existing paid customers stay at their current rate through their next renewal — monthly subscribers through the next monthly renewal after the change date, annual subscribers through the remainder of their prepaid year. New rates only apply on the next renewal after that. Full details on our Terms of Service page.
What's Founder pricing?+
Early adopters who sign up during our launch window get their plan price locked in for as long as they stay subscribed — even when our public pricing increases. Ask sales for the current Founder window.
What happens after my trial?+
If you've picked a plan, you start on that plan. If you haven't, your workspace downgrades to Free read-only — you keep all your data, you just can't add new jobs until you pick a plan or upgrade.
Can I switch plans?+
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing tab in Settings. Annual plans switch at the next renewal; monthly plans prorate immediately.
How does annual billing save money?+
Annual plans bill 10 months for 12 months of service — about 17% off the monthly rate. Same as 'save 2 months.' Extra locations receive the same annual discount.
